A simple idea: turn a charming bakery concept into an e-commerce experience that feels easy to understand, easy to navigate, and easy to complete.
I designed Millie’s Muffins to reduce hesitation across the full purchase journey, from product discovery to cart review, shipping, payment, and final confirmation. The result is a checkout flow that feels softer, clearer, and more trustworthy.
DESIGN THINKING APPROACH
The goal was not only to make the interface feel cute and inviting, but to make every step of the buying process feel more intuitive and less stressful.
I approached the project by combining warm branding with practical UX structure. Product details, order summary, shipping choices, payment inputs, and confirmation feedback were all designed to feel simple, guided, and visually reassuring.

A purchase flow only works when users feel oriented, informed, and confident at every stage.
The experience was structured as a step by step checkout journey with cleaner hierarchy, stronger summaries, softer form design, and clearer action points, helping the process feel faster, friendlier, and easier to finish.
